Dr Sandeep Marwah Congratulates Estonia on the Day of Restoration of Independence New Delhi: Dr Sandeep Marwah. Speaking about the Indo Estonia Film and Cultural Forum, Dr Marwah said that the forum is committed to creating greater interaction. Between the creative communities of India and Estonia and to promoting mutual understanding through cultural exchange. He expressed confidence that India-Estonia relations would continue to grow in the years ahead, particularly in the areas of technology, education, innovation, media and creative industries.
