
Noida: International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry invited Officers from High Commissioner of South Africa to discuss further as to what more can be added to the current affairs of the forum.
Indo South Africa Cultural Association was proposed and inaugurated by then the special guest of President of India and visiting State Guest from South Africa Her Excellency Elizabeth Thabethe Deputy Minister for Trade And Industry, Government of South Africa, way back in 2013 informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
Sandeep Marwah added that he was honored by Muhammed Bilaal Ismail Leader of the delegation and Coordinator for Y20- South African Youth for International Diplomacy during Bricks Summit at New Delhi accompanied with Dr. Musawenkosi Donia Saurombe of North West University and Samantha Beynon.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah was also the special invitee at the first IBSA Gandhi Mandela Memorial Freedom Lecture by H.E. Mr. Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa President of the Republic of South Africa in the presence of Shri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India at Hotel Leela on 25th Jan 2019.
“It is great to know the existence of such a powerful forum of Indo South African Association based in India. We will plan more activities under this forum to promote and develop our relations with each other,” said Mabet Van Rensburg Counsellor- Political High Commission of South Africa in New Delhi.
“We have wonderful relations and they can be enhanced through this active forum,” added Zipho Mgadle First Secretary Political South African High Commission. A poster to give respect to the Refugee Day marked by United Nation was released by the guests.
Noida: Olympic Day was introduced in 1948 to commemorate the birth of the modern Olympic Games on 23 June 1894 at the Sorbonne in Paris. The goal was to promote participation in sport across the globe regardless of age, gender or athletic ability informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT University and Patron to Indian Federation of United Nations Associations.
Olympic Day is celebrated all around the world: hundreds of thousands of people – young and old – participate in sports activities, such as runs, exhibitions, music and educational seminars.
“Olympic Day is nowadays developing into much more than just a sports event. Based on the three pillars “move”, “learn” and “discover”, National Olympic Committees are deploying sports, cultural and educational activities,” said Paul Song Director of International Youth Fellowship Korea based in Delhi.
“Some countries have incorporated the event into the school curriculum and, in recent years, many NOCs have added concerts and exhibitions to the celebration,” added Kim Soo Yeon Director International Youth Fellowship, Korea.
Commemorating the birth of the modern Olympic games, Olympic Day is not only a celebration, but an international effort to promote fitness and well-being in addition to the Olympic ideals of Fair Play, Perseverance, Respect and Sportsmanship.
Noida: A delegation of film and television professionals from Fiji visited at Marwah Studios to develop and promote relation between two countries through cinema and other visual arts.
“We are very happy to receive the delegation from Fiji. Our IFFCF- Indo Fiji Film And Cultural Forum has picked up very nicely. We are in touch with the High Commission of Fiji in India. H.E. Yogesh Punja is a very help full person,” expressed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
Later Sandeep Marwah presented the membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation of AAFT University to all the members of Delegation. A radio program was also recorded at Radio Noida 107.4FM.
A poster to observe United Nation’s World Hydrographic Day was released. Dr. Mridula Tandon the Co- Director of Global Literary Festival Noida also joined on this occasion.

Kasauli: The Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited Dr. Sandeep Marwah visited Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh to see for himself what more changes can be brought to have a better tourism.
Kasauli is a cantonment and town, located in Solan district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The British Raj established the cantonment in 1842 as a Colonial hill station 77 km from Shimla.
“The first thing what I noticed is the traffic Jam at the hills to reach to the hotels. Small and narrow roads cannot accommodate the traffic to hills especially in summers. Immediately bottle necks of the roads must be rectified otherwise the beauty hill station will loose its charm,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah talking to the press.
“Himachal in itself is a beautiful location for film shootings. Government should encourage filmmakers to come forward and explore the virgin beauty of the state. Some interesting subsidies must be planned immediately,” added Dr. Marwah also President of AAFT University (School of Hospitality And Tourism.)
Sandeep Marwah was earlier acting as Ambassador of Tourism for State of Himachal. The meeting took place at Hotel Varefamily in Kasauli.
Noida- June 2019: Indo Slovenia Film And Cultural Forum of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with AAFT University of Media And Arts celebrated the National Day of Slovenia at Marwah Studios.
“I extend my heartiest congratulations to H.E. Jožef Drofenik Ambassador of Slovenia to India and the people of Slovenia on the National Day. Mat this day bring lots of energy and power to built better relations Between the two countries,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chair for Indo Slovenia Cultural Forum.
ICMEI is planning to take a delegation to Slovenia soon to study the prospects of filming in Slovenia. Also a film festival of Slovenian films has been planned. A poster was launched by Dr. Marwah mark respect to this auspicious day. Many media professionals and film students attended the event. New committees on Slovenia have been formed in the school of cinema, school of journalism and school of fashion and design in AAFT.
New Delhi: Sandeep Marwah Founder and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts honored with BSC Ratna Award for launching the first film University of the country. The award was announced on 6th June at Hotel Lalit and presented by the India’s Minister of State for Human Resource Development Dr. Satyapal Singh.
The BCS Ratna Awards are presented annually by Aavishkar Media Group to recognize the contributions of personalities from the Broadcasting, Digital Media, Media Education, Ad Agencies, Distribution, Technology, DTH, CATV, Broadband, OTT and IPTV industry.
“Launched in 2010, the BCS Ratna Awards are the most significant & celebrated event of Indian B&CS industry. As the industry is on the cusp of big transformation because of the implementation of programmes like ‘Digital India’ by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” said Anurag Rastogi the organizer of the awards.
