
New Delhi: Famous yoga exponent and author, Mansi Gulati launched her book, ‘Yoga and Mindfulness’ recently. The book was launched by the Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu amidst the presence of Member of Parliament from the Rajya Sabha, Dr. Sonal Mansingh and Member of Parliament from the Lok Sabha Manoj Tewari, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Conference Hall, Vice President’s House.
Mansi Gulati addressed the audience and spoke about the benefits of yoga. She said her book ‘Yoga and Mindfulness’ revolves around the fact that yoga, is not mere asanas, but anything you do with mindfulness and dedication is yoga.
Vice President, M Venkaiah Naidu advised the youth to shun a sedentary lifestyle, junk food and stay healthy and also called upon people to make yoga an integral part of their daily routine to combat lifestyle diseases which have acquired menacing proportions. He stressed that yoga would help in combating severe stress, lifestyle diseases and helps the overall well-being of an individual.
“We have been associated with Yoga from last twenty five years and have trained more than 10,000 persons from more than 100 countries to believe in the art of yoga at Asian Academy of Film And Television. Being Patron to Global Yog Alliance I promote yoga to my best of the capacity,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios as a special invitee at Vice President House.
New Delhi: IFUNA Observed U.N Day-2018 on 30th October 2018 to mark the day when India ratified the Charter and joined United Nations. Hon’ble Gen. (Dr) V.K. Singh MOS, Ministry of External Affairs was invited as Chief Guest.
The emphasis of the summit was on Swachh Bharat and well known media person Sandeep Marwah was honored by IFUNA for his deep involvement with the project of Swachh Bharat. Gen. V. K. Singh Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs, presented the memento.
Sandeep Marwah has been patron to 12 year old organization Clean India with almost 12 lacs as its members and associated with it for number of years which suggested Government of India to take clean India as national campaign.
Sandeep Marwah has already been titled as Global Green Ambassador for his contribution to Clean India, Green India, Clean Ganga, Save Rivers, Solar Energy and has opened more than 100 committees in different associations and organizations.
Noida: A poster was released to mark the 143rd Jyanti of Sardar Patel at Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City with film and media students of the institution.
“I am feeling energetic when I think of great leader like Sardar Patel. His contribution in building united India is immense. I thoroughly believe in his ideology as I have spent 12 years in Sardar Patel Vidyalaya- a school after the name of this leader,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
“We are strong as we have Sardar Patel Forum within the house and its formation at AAFT has left impact on the young minds too. WE are collecting and producing now films on Sardar Patel, a large number of books also have been ordered as a part of library,” added Marwah.
Vallabhbhai Patel popularly known as Sardar Patel, was an Indian politician. He served as the first Deputy Prime Minister of India. He was an Indian barrister and statesman, a senior leader of the Indian National Congress and a founding father of the Republic of India who played a leading role in the country’s struggle for independence and guided its integration into a united, independent nation.
New Delhi: A well-known educationist and social worker Sandeep Marwah was appreciated by the Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India for his non stop contribution to nation building.
“We have 100 organization involved in social upliftment of every sector of the nation. International Women’s Film Forum, International Children’s Film Forum, International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Film And Television Research Centre, International Film And Television Club, Asian Education Group, Apna School for unprivileged students and Pratyna Disability Centre have become worldly known,’ said Sandeep Marwah giving ideas of activities to the Minister.

Vijay Sampla Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment in India, is a member of parliament from Hoshiarpur (Lok Sabha constituency). He won the Indian general election, 2014 as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate.
