Two days 4th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema inaugurated here in Noida with the seminar on ‘The Future of Cellphone Cinema’ at Marwah Studios with great pomp and show with the large young enthusiastic audience to know more about this show. “The International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios, a creative enterprises has supported the movement of film festivals and film events in this part of the World, 4th IFCC is part of that initiative” said Dean AAFT introducing the festival to all the delegates present from all over India and abroad. We are committed to the entertainment industry and promoting every segment of this industry is our aim whether it is Education, Research, Events, Festivals, Interactions, Seminars, Production of Films etc. The 4th International Film Festival of Cellphone Cinema is thinking in advance by our Club” said Sandeep Marwah President of the Festival and Marwah Studios. The initiative we took five years back and it is going to be such a huge business proposition one day, we never knew it. Today I can say this to young audience that they should never hesitate to start a venture with innovative ideas” said Karl Bardosh a producer, director, educator and a film professor from Tisch School of Arts, New York University, USA. Sanjana Jon a renowned fashion Designer added her full support to the festival and Prof. R.K.Singh expressed that like Global Film Festival this one will also see its bigger scale next year.

All Journalist Association Honored Sandeep Marwah for World Record

The renowned International Media Personality Sandeep Marwah is honored at Azad Bhawan, New Delhi by All Journalist Association (AJA) for creating World Record and bringing the name of the country to International fame.
Speaking on the occasion the former Chief Election Commissioner of India congratulated Sandeep Marwah for his untiring efforts and sincere contribution in the field of film, television and media and his dedicated services to India in Common Wealth Games too.
V.K.Sharma president of the organization spoke about the achievements of Sandeep Marwah stating that no one in the World dare to produce 1800 short films and giving opportunity to 9000 media professionals in these films coming from 80 countries of the World.
Covering the movement of Queen’s Baton Relay in 28 states &7 union Territories with 10,000 still photographs, 1000 hours of filming, 300 events, 900 locations, 20,000 KM in 102 days and editing 102 films of 1.5 min for CWG free of cost. “You need one life to do all that and Sandeep Marwah has done it, he deserves all the awards of the nation, we are passing a humble contribution to his appreciation with Param Shree Award”
Present on the occasion the former Information and Broadcasting Minister, Government of India Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, “Sandeep Marwah is now an International Media personality with out any doubt” Many important people like J.P.Agarwal President Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, Sanjana Jon fashion Designer, Santosh Bharti veteran journalist and former member Parliament, renowned singer Shanker Sahney, Sunil Dang senior Journalist were also present there.

Hanna Marsh Invited By Marwah Studios in India

On the invitation of Sandeep Marwah the President of Marwah Studios Hanna Marsh has agreed to present a musical evening at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida in the month of December this year.
Hanna Marsh is a singer/songwriter from Helsinki whose talent has also been recognized internationally. With her shining presence, fairytale beauty and surprising fantasy pop music, Hanna has professionals and listeners from Sweden, Italy and Greece under her spell. Hanna’s voice is exceptionally beautiful and touching. She also composes and writes lyrics to all her songs.
“We are very happy and excited on the visit of Hanna Marsh who will be touching India and this will be her first show in India at Noida Film City” said Sandeep Marwah
Hanna is rated as an exceptionally talented and original composer and music maker in professional circles. “My songs often start from a spark of inspiration and they tell stories of life’s small passing moments,” Hanna says. “Nature is often present in my songs, because I feel I get power and inspiration from nature” she continues. “Composing is a very replenishing and beautiful experience for me. Photographic trip to Agra and Bharatpur

Following the Marwah Studios plans to edit a coffee table book, and the photographic classes of the new Dean International, Prof. Joao Ponces de Carvalho, a photographic trip was organized on the weekend of the 10th December past.
Students from the Digital Art Photography of the 1st Year of both the BSC and MSC of the Asian School of Media Studies where invited, and Adeola Oluwasanmi accepted and joined the group. Some of his photographs illustrate this article.
We were accompanied by the new Teacher of Editing, Izumi Kumakawa, who also provides the illustrating pictures.
It was a very hard and tight schedule, to profit the most from the trip, and places like the Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Sicandra in Agra, Bharatpur Keoladeo National Park and Fetapur Sikri were visited and photographed extensively, profiting the good season and fantastic weather.
It is the plans of Marwah Studios to initiate soon a High Definition, Super 16mm Film originated Wildlife Series, and this visit to the Nature Reserve constituted a good preparation for the first destination to cover.
This was a most rewarding experience, both Academic and professionalizing, and we plan to conduct more of these open air workshops in the future, with selected students, but also members of the Teaching Staff. Much more can be learned in real life situations than in theoretical lessons, and it is a real privilege Marwah Studios can provide these experiences both for the Staff and the Students.

ASMS Won The Hearts Of Delegates At GEO India 2011

The 2nd South Asian Geosciences Conference and Exhibition has been planned from 11th to 14th January at India Expo Centre and Mart at Greater Noida in a grand scale with Asian School of Media Studies as the Media Partners for this International project.
GEO India 2011 conference theme is “Exploring and Producing beyond Frontiers” The conference program being coordinated by the leading geoscience societies American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) and Association of Petroleum geoscience India (APGI) The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is the main sponsor for the same where 1900 delegates from 20 countries are participating and around 60 countries have stall in the exhibition.
In addition to the technical programmes there is an extensive poster presentations, Workshops, field trips and entertainment program by ASMS informed R.K.Singh, Jt.Director Asian School of Media Studies who has been coordinating 70 students from ASMS for the conference.
All the conferences, workshops, exhibitions, visits and daily programs are covered and recorded by the students of ASMS including the publishing of daily bulletin and entertainment program. The visit of Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios at Geo India 2011 encouraged the students who were working like professionals.
“We have learned a lot” said Titu Mili, Manek, Rituraj, Ritesh and Prashant on still photography. “Its our international exposure” said Indraneel, Devendra, prince, Azad, Akankcha, Sabiha Khan, Vikash Sharma, Pearson, Sagar Khurana Anghad on Video Coverage. “What an experience of managing international event” said Priinci, Mainaiki, Chashta, Ria, Roneeta, Divya, Kirti Bansal, Donal,Kavita,Pinky and Sapna on management side.

Sandeep Marwah Motivated Students on National Youth Day

The birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanand the great preacher of the country has been celebrated today as National Youth Day all over India. The management and Board of Marwah Studios, a creative enterprises also organized the youth day in their campus today.
Reminding the good words of Swami Vivekanand, Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios said, ”We have never believe in discrimination, nor the cast and the creed but I have divided the society inlo three-people who have no enthusiasm and lazy belong to third class, but those who with little push and pull move belong to second. The people who have enthusiasm, ready to face all sorts of problems, hindrances and ready to achieve their goals are the top class people”
The session was just a part of the regular studies at Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian School of Graphics And Animation, Asian School Of Performing Arts and Asian Business School.
The country like India where 60 percent of the population is youth, it is necessary to motivate and develop culture with this group of people for the country to come up, Marwah added.

The excitement at the campus of Marwah Studios is getting higher as the poster of the 4th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema was released at a function attended by the management, film, television and media students of Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian School of Graphics and Animation Asian Business School, Asian School of Performing Arts at Noida Film City. We are growing with every festival every year, not only the reach of the festival has grown, but the quality of films, participants and events related to this festival has brought us into lime light” said Sandeep Marwah President of 4th IFCC and Director of AAFT.” We are the first one in this part of the World to project this idea to start Mobile Cinema” Marwah added while releasing the poster. “I am excited that we are now ready for the seminar, workshop, screening and great gala party for the 4th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema on 14th and 15th of January” said Dean AAFT Festival Director of 4th IFCC.
