11th Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2023 Inaugurated at Noida Film City
Noida: “We are honored to declare 12th February as the International Day of Journalism, and to mark respect to this day we started Global Festival of Journalism eleven years back. Now not only in India but many foreign countries have already started celebrating 12th February as International Day of Journalism. We are overwhelmed with the success of the decision taken by International Journalism Centre,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President Global Festival of Journalism Noida on the formal inauguration of 11th edition of Global festival of Journalism Noida 2023 at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.
“Never ever seen a festival of this stature anywhere in the World talking about journalism. I congratulate International Journalism Centre and International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry for keeping this festival on the top for so many years,” said Alfredo Caldera, Charge D’ Affaires of the Embassy of Venezuela in India.
“The whole world has gathered at Marwah Studios. We are pleased to be part of it. India and Iran share wonderful relations and We can bring love, Peace, and Unity through journalism also,” said Dr. Abbas Naseri Tahiri, Senior Journalist from Islamic Republic of Iran.
“ICMEI is an exclusive chamber, and it has proved to the World it’s worth. Global Festival of Journalism is one of the best ways to bring World closer to each other,” added Heikki Ratna President Finland Chamber of Commerce.
“I was waiting for this day from a very long time. My excitement and enthusiasm cannot be expressed in words. I am learning here every minute,” expressed Zena Chung, Global Goodwill Ambassador from Seoul, South Korea.
“I have a lot to say about Marwah Studios and its promoter Sandeep Marwah. No one could do what Dr. Marwah has proved to the World. I am proud to be part of this show,” submit Narendra Gupta, Film Journalist from Mumbai.
“Dr. Sandeep Marwah is entitled for the highest award of the country for his contribution to media and entertainment industry. This festival is another feather in the cap,” condensed Kumar Rakesh, senior Journalist.
“No educational setup can be compared with the quality of education AAFT has been providing from last thirty years. The alumni are the real proof of the same. I wish the complete team a very bright future,” said Sunil Dang former member of Prasar Bharti and editor in Chief of The Day After Magazine.
Renowned actor Varun Suri, journalist & anchor Nida Ahmed, AAFT Executive Director Ajay Kumar also spoke on the occasion. A poster to remember Bhagat Singh was also released from the stage. Later Sandeep Marwah presented memento to all the dignities. The event was supported by World Peace Development and Research Foundation & Asian Unity Alliance.
