8th Atal Bihari Vajpayee National Award for Promotion of Art & Culture – Lifetime Achievement Award Conferred Upon Dr. Vibhuti Narain Rai. Noida, October 2025: The 8th Atal Bihari Vajpayee National Award for the Promotion of Art and Culture was celebrated with grandeur during the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025 at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Dr. Vibhuti Narain Rai, a renowned author, intellectual, and former Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, for his exceptional contribution to Indian literature and his enduring service to society through art, thought, and leadership.
The prestigious ceremony was graced by Mr. Sujeet Kumar Mishra, Secretary General, Election Commission of India; Dr. Prem Bhardwaj ‘Gyanbhikhshu’, Renowned Author; Dr. B. L. Gaur, Renowned Author; and Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Hon. Consul General of Palau.
