New Delhi, April 18, 2025: The 120 Years Celebration of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) continued with great enthusiasm during its second session, graced by Smt. Rekha Gupta, the newly appointed 9th Chief Minister of Delhi, as the Chief Guest.

In her keynote address, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta highlighted the transformative developments taking place in the national capital. She emphasized the role of partnerships between the government and industry in building a progressive and inclusive Delhi. “Delhi is not just the capital of India, it is the heartbeat of its economic and cultural dynamism. Organizations like PHDCCI have been instrumental in shaping this vibrancy over the last 120 years,” she stated.

The session was presided over by Shri Hemant Jain, President of PHDCCI, and joined by Shri Rajeev Juneja, Sr. Vice President; Shri Anil Gupta, Vice President; and Dr. Ranjeet Mehta, CEO & Secretary General. The event saw the participation of several dignitaries, past presidents, business leaders, and a large gathering of members and stakeholders.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University, who has served as a member of the Management Committee of PHDCCI for over 22 years, also addressed the media during the occasion. “Being part of the PHD Chamber for over two decades has been a journey of learning and contribution. PHDCCI is a powerful voice of Indian industry and a bridge to constructive governance. Celebrating 120 years is not just about the past, but a renewed commitment to shaping the future,” said Dr. Marwah.

The celebration reaffirmed PHDCCI’s continued dedication to fostering innovation, industrial growth, and meaningful policy advocacy in Delhi and beyond.
