ICMEI and Indian Art & Culture Fraternity Extend Heartiest Congratulations to Cambodia on Independence Day. New Delhi, 9th November 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and the entire Art and Culture Fraternity of India conveyed their warmest greetings to the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of its Independence Day.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair for the Indo Cambodia Film and Cultural Forum, extended heartfelt felicitations to Her Excellency Rath Many, Ambassador of Cambodia to India, and to the people of Cambodia, celebrating the spirit of freedom, resilience, and progress that defines the nation.

“India and Cambodia have enjoyed a deep-rooted and historic relationship built on shared cultural heritage, spiritual bonds, and mutual respect. Our ties continue to grow stronger through sustained cooperation in art, culture, education, and media,” said Dr. Marwah.
