9th Rashtriya Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh 2025 Celebrates Legends of Indian Cinema at 18th Global Film Festival Noida. The 9th Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh 2025 was held with great grandeur during the 18th Global Film Festival Noida at Marwah Film City, Noida, honouring outstanding contributors to Indian cinema whose work has left an indelible mark on the industry.
The prestigious Hindi Cinema Samman awards were presented to eminent personalities across diverse creative fields. Ranjeet, the legendary veteran actor with an illustrious career spanning over 300 films, was conferred the Hindi Cinema Ratan in recognition of his timeless contribution to Hindi cinema.
Arun Bakshi, celebrated actor and singer who has acted in more than 100 films and lent his powerful voice to over 250 songs in the Indian film industry, was honoured with the Hindi Cinema Bhushan for his multifaceted achievements.
The Hindi Cinema Bhushan was also bestowed upon Ashwin Kumar, the visionary animation filmmaker and Oscar-nominated director, acknowledging his pioneering role in taking Indian animation to the global stage.
Renowned and popular actor Vatsal Seth was presented the Hindi Cinema Gaurav for his impactful performances and growing influence in contemporary Indian cinema.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder-President of Marwah Studios and President of the Global Film Festival Noida, stated that Hindi cinema continues to evolve while staying rooted in its rich legacy, and platforms like the Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh are essential to recognize excellence, dedication, and innovation across generations.
Ashok Tyagi, Secretary General of ICMEI, also addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of honoring artists who have strengthened India’s cultural and cinematic heritage through their commitment, creativity, and passion.
