New Delhi: ATHLEEMA 2026, one of the largest sports events in higher education in India, 13th edition was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at the Netaji Subhash Sports Complex. Organized by Asian Education Group, the three-day mega event witnessed participation from over 2500 athletes representing 100 colleges from across the country, competing in 9 different sports disciplines in the presence of an audience of more than 5000 spectators.
The prestigious event was inaugurated by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and Founder of Noida Film City and youth icon and renowned actor Karan Kundra. Addressing the gathering, Dr Sandeep Marwah highlighted the importance of sports in holistic education and commended the efforts of the organizers in creating a platform that promotes discipline, teamwork, and excellence among youth.

Distinguished speakers including Dr. Lalitya Srivastava, Dr. Saurab Sharma, and Dr. Gurdeep Singh, Directors of the Education Group, also addressed the audience.
