AAFT Celebrates Thirty Years of Excellence in Education and Film Training
Noida, 22nd July, 2023: The Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) proudly commemorates its remarkable journey of thirty years in the field of education and film training. To mark this auspicious occasion, a poster was ceremoniously launched at the international office of AAFT by the esteemed Member of Parliament, Pothuganti Ramulu, on 22nd July, 2023.
Established three decades ago, AAFT has emerged as a premier institution in the realm of media and entertainment education, nurturing talent, and imparting specialized training to aspiring filmmakers, actors, media professionals, and creative enthusiasts. Pothuganti Ramulu, the distinguished Indian politician and Member of Parliament from the Nagarkurnool Lok Sabha constituency, Telangana, graced the occasion with his esteemed presence. Born in Gunduru Village, Kalwakurthi Mandal, in 1952, Mr. Ramulu’s journey from a dedicated Government Teacher to a prominent political figure has been an inspiring one. His passion for education and dedication to public service aligns seamlessly with AAFT’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting artistic expression.
During the event, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the visionary founder of AAFT, felicitated Pothuganti Ramulu with a life membership of the esteemed World Peace Development and Research Foundation of AAFT. This gesture symbolizes the union of like-minded individuals dedicated to the cause of peace, harmony, and creative endeavors.
