People often think about wellness in terms of physical health — nutrition, exercise, weight management, etc., but it is so much more. Wellness is a holistic integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, fueling the body, engaging the mind, and nurturing the spirit,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while announcing the  formation of new school under the name and banner of AAFT School of Health and Wellness in a small function to celebrate World Health Day at Noida Film City.

“There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. In order to be considered “well,” it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected. At AAFT School of Health and Wellness we want to inform you, the student, of ways to maximize your personal wellness,” added Sandeep Marwah.

This pandemic has taught us how to keep ourself fit. It has  induced us to think about the new  school which can further create Health and wellness entrepreneur or  Public health educators, Corporate wellness Coordinators, Community Health Workers, Health Services Managers, Health Coach. The scope is unlimited expressed Marwah.

The enrolment has started and student have already inquiring abut these well designed courses at AAFT. The institute is supported by World Peace Development And Research Foundation, Global Yog Alliance, Confederation of World Religion, Namo Gange Trust and many National and International Organizations.
