Aruna Babbar Engages AAFT Students in Powerful Interaction on Mental Health

Noida, August 16, 2026: A powerful and meaningful interaction on mental health and emotional. Well-being organised at the AAFT School of Fashion & Design. Where renowned social activist and advocate for community welfare, Aruna Babbar engaged with students and spoke openly about the psychological challenges faced by young people.

During the interaction, Aruna Babbar demonstrated a remarkable understanding of the students’ emotional and psychological concerns. She sensitively explored some of the hidden problems, anxieties, pressures and challenges that students often experience but hesitate to express. Her candid conversation touched the hearts of the students and encouraged. Them to look at their personal and professional lives with greater awareness and confidence.

Aruna Babbar also shared practical solutions and life-oriented guidance. Giving students concrete ways to handle emotional challenges, overcome self-doubt and develop a healthier approach towards life. Her interaction created an open and positive environment in which students could reflect, communicate and learn from real-life experiences.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media & Arts, said. “Mental health is an essential part of education and personal development. Later, Aruna Babbar presented with the Life Membership of the International Film and Television Research Centre of AAFT by Dr. Himani Choudhary. Such as Academic Director, AAFT, in recognition of her contribution to the creative arts and her valuable interaction with the students. The programme concluded with an expression of gratitude to Aruna Babbar for sharing her experience.
