Band Battle Ignites Stage at Marwah Studios: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Inaugurates AAFT School of Music’s Grand Competition

Noida, India: The energy was electric at Marwah Studios as Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and a leading figure in creative arts education, inaugurated the much-anticipated Band Battle—a musical competition featuring the top 10 bands from AAFT School of Music. The event marked a vibrant celebration of talent, rhythm, and youthful creativity.

“Music is the food for the soul. It can change the world because it has the power to change people,” said Dr. Marwah in his inaugural address, emphasizing the transformative role of music in society. Renowned artist Roshan Roy from the Bollywood Band graced the event as Guest of Honour, applauding the participants for their originality and stage presence.

Out of 24 participating bands, the ten most outstanding groups earned the spotlight and performed live before a packed audience on the grand stage of Marwah Studios. Each act showcased unique compositions, musical synergy, and artistic flair, making it a truly memorable evening.

Dr. Part, Dean of AAFT School of Music, announced the results and extended a heartfelt vote of thanks, appreciating the dedication of the students and faculty in curating such a spectacular event.  The Band Battle not only spotlighted emerging musical talent but also reaffirmed AAFT’s commitment to fostering creative excellence through dynamic and experiential learning platforms.
