
The Writing and Print Department of Marwah Studios which is also associated with International Film And Television Research Centre contributed a lot to the 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 held at Film City from 12th to 14th November.
In addition to daily news paper, a news letter, publication of number of books, Batch Buzz.com a portal, a news agency, Sandeep Marwah promoted Asian News Journal to highlight the activities of writing and print department of International Film And Television Research Centre during Global Film Festival.
“What a collection of write ups that is too written by media students, it is commendable the way institute is promoting the students of AAFT, ASMS and ABS” said Sai Paranjape a renowned film maker and former Chairperson of Children’s Film Society of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

If there is any thing which can uplift the level and standard of human being in this modern age then it is the only education which can do the needful” said Sandeep Marwah, a renowned international educationist, reformer and President of Asian Education Group of Marwah Studios on the National Education Day at Noida Film City addressing the large gathering of students a day before the inauguration of 3rd Global Film Festival.
“There is a huge scope of putting efforts into the field of education in India by the Government as well as the Private sector at primary, secondary and higher level of education.” Sandeep Marwah added.
“A god school is a national asset of the highest value at any place or at any time. Schools are the laboratories which produce the future citizens of a state therefore depends upon the quality of such laboratories.” repeated by professor Dr. Om Gupta as quoted by late Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad.
To commemorate the Birth Anniversary of great Indian Leader Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad which is also declared as National Education Day, Asian Academy of Film And Television organized a special program at its campus.
The formal inauguration function was typical Indian Style with lighting of lamp and garlanding of Ganesha. “I am feeling proud that this huge big film festival is now part of territory Noida and bringing the name to this city” said Surender Singh Nagar Member Parliament from Noida. The whole Noida is proud of Sandeep Marwah for his innovative ideas” Surender Nagar added.
The renowned leading lady of many films and president award winner Rituparna Sen Gupta congratulated R.K.Singh the Festival Director and all the 224 participants of the festival and wished them a very comfortable screening. “I wish you all a very bright future” she said. “It is hard to believe that an International level festival can be planned without any Government support, which is not only commendable but also worth praising” said Sudhir Mishra renowned Director from Mumbai.
“It is my proud privilege to get associated with this meaning full Cinema. I am part of this first Oscar Winning Documentary Smile Pinki directed by Magan Mylan.The film has brought the name of Marwah Studios to International level.” said Sandeep Marwah President of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 at the opening of the first film of the first day of the festival at Marwah Studios.
The Oscar winning film Smile Pinki was the opening film with house full at 3rd Global Film Festival where Marwah Studios have provided the presentation part and graphics and tittles to the film.
The bunch of more than 2oo films are going to be shown in this festival with a series of filmy events including workshops, seminars, interaction programs, releases of new films, book releases etc.
The festival venue was decorated with large huge colorful posters and large crowd excited to see the stars walking through the red carpet entering the venue for formal inauguration.
