
“My style of film making is different, I believe in telling story” said Jag Mundhra the writer and Director of feature film ‘Apartment’ while introducing his cast to the national press at Marwah Studios in Noida Film City. Jag mundhra who has been the writer, producer, director and editor of many films like Bhawander, Mansoon, Back Waters, Shoot on Sight, Chase etc. this time coming with the thriller.
The part of two national award winning films ‘Traffic Sighnal’ and ‘Oye Lucky Oye’ and the leading lady of 13 feature films Neetu Chandra confirmed that nothing is controversial in the film. She said, “I am an actor and has to perform as per the direction of my director, I have given my best”. “From a simple small town girl to a smart city girl, .I got the opportunity to show my talent” Neetu added.
The President of Marwah Studios, Sandeep Marwah organized a special interactive program of the star cast with the students of Asian Academy Of Film And Television, ABS and ASMS. “It is very important for the film and TV students to learn from their seniors of the industry.” said Marwah, while presenting life membership of International Film and Television Club to Jag Mundhra.
Others who were present there were former Miss Afghanistan Vida Samadzai, Super model from Chile Jennifer Mayani who have also played in the film Aparment along with Anupam Kher, Rohit Roy, Tanushree Dutta. The film is produced by Nari Hira and presented by Magna Publications of Stardust. The Cinematographer is Uday Tiwari, Music by Bappa Lahiri, Dialogues and lyrics by Syed Gulrez
The management of Radio Noida 107.4FM now adding and supporting social activities in Noida. The byline of Radio Noida-APNA RADIO has extended the word APNA and started APNA SCHOOL, APNA SISHU SANSTHAN and APNI LIBRARY in the slums of Noda to give its whole hearted support to unprivileged children..
Inaugurating the Centre at sector seventeen Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios conveyed his feeling towards unprivileged children and said, “We will see to it that not only me and my family but all the media persons should realize their commitment and responsibility towards society and country” Marwah added “I am totally devoted towards the promotion of education and other facilities to young children who definitely deserve at least basic education”
Speaking on the occasion the Guest of honour and partner in promotion, the Director of Science and Technology department of Ministry of Science and Techonolgy, Government of India Anuj Sinha said, “we are with Radio Noida in this good job and would like to add on RADIO VIGYAN CLUB from this place so that better education of these children can take place.” which he later inaugurated from the slums.
Others who spoke on the occasion were Ashok Srivastava, R.K.Singh dean Asian School of Media Studies, Gurbir Garewwal, Jt Director Asian Academy of Film and Television, Nimish Kapoor Sr Scientist, Vigyan Prasar . Later Raghav Marwah creative head of Radio Noida thanked everybody for their cooperation.
The event is supported by International Children’s Film Forum, International Public Broadcasting forum, International film and television Club, International Film and television Research Centre.
