“The training set up is much more impressive and powerful than our expectations” said Chris Leonard the film maker and professor accompanying a group of 8 film and TV students arrived from University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK under the Joint Education program between UCLAN and Asian School Of Media Studies. “It was just few months back we offered our training setup and practical syllabus to the University of Central Lancashire for the students of Journalism, Film and TV, I am happy that they are here in India on our Invitation” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and renowned media personality of this part of the World. “Not only they are learning but they are enjoying their training program” Chris Leonard added. University of Central Lancashire is one of the most prestigious education centre of United Kingdom and on other hand Asian School of Media Studies an extension of Asian Academy of Film and Television is in media education for 18 years. They are the promoters and founders of World’s fastest growing Noida Film City. The institution is attracting students from 73 countries of the World. This 3week long rigorous film making program is directly supervised by Prof. R.K.Singh Dean ASMS supported by film expert Deepti Pant.

“My style of film making is different, I believe in telling story” said Jag Mundhra the writer and Director of feature film ‘Apartment’ while introducing his cast to the national press at Marwah Studios in Noida Film City. Jag mundhra who has been the writer, producer, director and editor of many films like Bhawander, Mansoon, Back Waters, Shoot on Sight, Chase etc. this time coming with the thriller.
The part of two national award winning films ‘Traffic Sighnal’ and ‘Oye Lucky Oye’ and the leading lady of 13 feature films Neetu Chandra confirmed that nothing is controversial in the film. She said, “I am an actor and has to perform as per the direction of my director, I have given my best”. “From a simple small town girl to a smart city girl, .I got the opportunity to show my talent” Neetu added.
The President of Marwah Studios, Sandeep Marwah organized a special interactive program of the star cast with the students of Asian Academy Of Film And Television, ABS and ASMS. “It is very important for the film and TV students to learn from their seniors of the industry.” said Marwah, while presenting life membership of International Film and Television Club to Jag Mundhra.
Others who were present there were former Miss Afghanistan Vida Samadzai, Super model from Chile Jennifer Mayani who have also played in the film Aparment along with Anupam Kher, Rohit Roy, Tanushree Dutta. The film is produced by Nari Hira and presented by Magna Publications of Stardust. The Cinematographer is Uday Tiwari, Music by Bappa Lahiri, Dialogues and lyrics by Syed Gulrez

The print Media is mother of all mediums.” said Mukhrat Abbas Naqvi, the former Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and senior Vice President of Bhartiya Janta Party while inaugurating the National seminar on print media at Marwah Studios organized by Asian School of Media Studies in Noida Film City. “India is the only Country in the World where even after the invasion of other mediums like Radio, Television, Cinema and Internet the number of Newspapers and Magazines have grown along with the huge number of readership” said Sandeep Marwah, president of Marwah Studios-a group of creative enterprises. Coming on the pros and cons of changing patterns of News paper and specially Page 3 some of the prominent speakers like Om Gupta Dean CMS, Arti Thapa editor Asia Spa, B.V.Rao Editor Government Now, Vinod Agnihotri Political Editor Nai Duniya, Jayita Bandopadhya Editor Life Style Magazine, Rana Sadhiqui from Hindu, Binny Yadav freelancer and Deepti Pant Cinema expert spoke and discussed their points of view. Present on the occasion the renowned film maker and professor with University of Central Lancashire, associates of ASMS in UK, Chris Leonard also gave his view on the rise and fall of importance of Page 3 in England. Later the Chief Guest Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi released the new journal ASIAN JOURNAL OF MASS MEDIA prepared by the students of Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian Business School, Asian School of Graphics And Animation. The seminar was attended by many print media journalist and large media students from all over India and Abroad. Prof R.K.Singh Dean ASMS condensed the whole seminar and paid vote of Thanks.

“We are impressed by the wonderful beginning of our 67th batch when an exhibition of paintings by Monideep Saha was inaugurated on the very first day of our course” said the excited students of Asian Academy of Film and Television noting down the details of the artist and his works at MEC Art Gallery at Noida Film City. ”I have always believed that it is very important for the students of film and television to know all other arts for better and faster growth in their field” said Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios while talking about the importance of fine arts in our life.” I am very keen in developing the activities of Asian Academy of Fine Arts so that students can be benefited by the same during their stay at AAFT” Marwah added. “The Painter Monideep Saha combines finer nuances of etching with supporting multiplicity of imagery to create a set where the subject becomes part of the cast” said Jenson Anto a senior artist himself. The painting exhibition was curated by Atul Marwah. People who spoke on the occasion were Gurbir Garewal, Dean AAFT, Satish Anand, Latika Sahani, and Bhushan Khandari. A special assignment was given to the students of AAFT on this painting exhibition.

“You all are lucky to get into this international seat of learning at Asian Academy of Film And Television, as it has the best of all what you can think of” said Ashok Pradhan, the four time member parliament and former Union Minister, Government of India while addressing the new entrants at AAFT on the inauguration of 67th batch.” I have been watching AAFT growing strength by strength as Noida has always been my constituency” Ashok Pradhan added. “My relation with institute is since its inception and I have yet to see so well organized setup and arrangements in any other Media School in India. Touching 73 countries proves the international level it extends towards education” said A.S.Bedi renowned writer director. “There is hardly any film or TV production company where students of AAFT are not working in Mumbai and other parts of this country. I admire the spirit students carry from this media school.” said Ashok Tyagi, a well known producer, writer and director. “AAFT is just like my home. Every time I come here I find something new. This time I am impressed by the school’s Radio Noida 107.4FM” said Sita Raina, an actress and theatre director. “Teaching media is my forte and now it is my passion. I want to give best opportunity to students to grow during their stay in AAFT.” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios. Later Gurbir Garewal the joint director paid vote of thanks.

The management of Radio Noida 107.4FM now adding and supporting social activities in Noida. The byline of Radio Noida-APNA RADIO has extended the word APNA and started APNA SCHOOL, APNA SISHU SANSTHAN and APNI LIBRARY in the slums of Noda to give its whole hearted support to unprivileged children..
Inaugurating the Centre at sector seventeen Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios conveyed his feeling towards unprivileged children and said, “We will see to it that not only me and my family but all the media persons should realize their commitment and responsibility towards society and country” Marwah added “I am totally devoted towards the promotion of education and other facilities to young children who definitely deserve at least basic education”
Speaking on the occasion the Guest of honour and partner in promotion, the Director of Science and Technology department of Ministry of Science and Techonolgy, Government of India Anuj Sinha said, “we are with Radio Noida in this good job and would like to add on RADIO VIGYAN CLUB from this place so that better education of these children can take place.” which he later inaugurated from the slums.

Later Raghav Marwah creative head of Radio Noida thanked everybody for their cooperation.

Asian Academy of Film And Television & Radio Noida 107.4 joined hands with Smile Foundation as their Partners in progress for the event- ‘Aashayein’ – KK Live in Concert at Hamsdhwani Theatre, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This musical Journey with KK has been an effort of Smile Foundation to facilitate a better tomorrow for underprivileged children. The proceeds generated in the event will be utilized to educate more children under the Mission Education Program.

“Where there is a good motive in organizing an event, we try to be part of that program” said Sandeep Marwah, President Marwah Studios.” Promoting Art and cultural is my Dharma” Marwah added.
