Cyprus Documentary Showcased at the 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025

Noida: The 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025, organized by the International Journalism Centre & AAFT, witnessed a remarkable cultural and cinematic exchange with the screening of the Cyprus documentary “Marios Loizides & the Limits of Art.”

The documentary, directed by H.E. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of Cyprus to India, explores the artistic legacy of Marios Loizides, a distinguished Cypriot artist known for pushing creative boundaries. The screening was presented by the Indo-Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum in association with the High Commission of Cyprus, further strengthening cultural ties between India and Cyprus.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City and Chair of the Indo-Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration: “Cinema has the power to transcend borders and bring cultures together.
