Noida: A documentary film is a non-fictional motion-picture intended to “document reality, primarily for the purposes of instruction, education or maintaining a historical record. Poetic Documentaries. Expository Documentaries, Observational Documentaries, Participatory Documentaries, Reflexive Documentaries, and  Performative Documentaries are the different types we have been promoting in Global Festival of Journalism in these last eleven years,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at the opening of Venezuela Film on the first day of GFJN at Noida Film City.

Life In A Dance- a full length documentary from Venezuela was the first film opened by Alfredo Caldera Charge D’ Affaires of Embassy of Venezuela in India. It is about the life and  artistic career of the flamenco dancer from La Linea de la Concepcion, David Morales Ramirez.
