Dr. Sandeep Marwah Attends National Day Celebration of the Kingdom of Morocco as Chair of Indo-Morocco Film and Cultural Forum
New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo-Morocco Film and Cultural Forum, attended the grand celebration of the National Day of the Kingdom of Morocco, hosted by H.E. Mr. Mohamed Maliki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to India, in the presence of distinguished diplomats, government officials, business leaders, and members of the cultural fraternity.
The celebration was graced by Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture, Government of India, along with members of the diplomatic corps and eminent personalities from various walks of life, reflecting the strong and cordial relations between India and Morocco.
While interacting with the media, Dr. Sandeep Marwah extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Morocco on their National Day and highlighted the growing cultural and artistic collaboration between the two nations. “It was a great pleasure and honour to attend the National Day celebrations of the Kingdom of Morocco with His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Maliki, Ambassador of Morocco to India, and Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. India and Morocco enjoy warm and friendly relations, and cultural diplomacy continues to strengthen the bonds of friendship between our peoples. Through the Indo-Morocco Film and Cultural Forum, we remain committed to promoting cooperation in cinema, media, arts, education, and cultural exchange,” said Dr. Marwah.
Dr. Marwah further emphasized that the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) has consistently worked towards enhancing bilateral relations through film festivals, cultural events, academic collaborations, and people-to-people exchanges, creating new opportunities for artists, filmmakers, and creative professionals from both countries.
The National Day celebration provided an excellent platform for interaction among diplomats, policymakers, cultural leaders, and business representatives, reaffirming the shared commitment of India and Morocco to expanding cooperation across diverse sectors.
