The international organisation for standardisation (ISO) has been advocating adoption of quality management system by various organisations in the world to ensure customer satisfaction by assessing and meeting their requirements. The ISO is of the view that a good organisation must identify and manage its numerous linked activities systematically and properly to deliver the goods. A strong monitoring mechanism has also to be in place for the continuous improvement and sustained growth of the organisation. Sometime back the representative of the ISO inspected and scrutinised the functioning of Asian Academy of Film & TV with a fine comb and were pleased to find the world class education and training being imparted by it is well structured and properly delivered by highly experienced and talented faculty; and adequate training infrastructure and support facilities are also readily available. They noted with satisfaction that the academy helps develop the talent of budding artists and properly guides them for stepping into the film & television industry. The inspecting team also appreciated that academy’s management believes in continuously striving for improvement and keeping pace with the changing film & television production scene in the wake of technological developments.
