I believe that if your aim is to change the world then journalism is the strongest weapon and on account of this thought, we launched the International Journalism Centre (IJC) with the strong motive of providing significant journalism education to the aspiring as well as established journalists and lending all the possible support to them.
Under IJC, Global Festival of Journalism is being organized every year on the 12th, 13th & 14th February as an initiative to keep all the established journalists well-informed about the current practices of good journalism. This 3 day mega event comprises of various workshops, seminars, interactions, book lunch, and poster release followed by beautiful cultural evening to celebrate the exchange of knowledge. Its’ noteworthy that, initially there wasn’t any day to acknowledge the efforts of the watchdogs of the society, i.e. our diligent journalists! Realizing this, Mr. Marwah marked 12th February as the International Journalism Day to celebrate the endeavors of all the great journalists of the society.
The Global Festival of Journalism has achieved a stupendous global reach and has been successful in promoting ethical journalism in the society.
