ICMEI Celebrates National Day of Luxembourg with Warm Wishes and Hopes for Stronger Cultural Ties. New Delhi, 23rd June 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI). Under the leadership of its President Dr. Sandeep Marwah extended warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to Her Excellency Mrs. Peggy Frantzen, Ambassador of Luxembourg to India.
