ICMEI Will Support International Dance Competition by Urvashi Culture Society

New Delhi: Dancing helps you to stay physically and mentally fit. Even more so, dancing regularly can improve your general well-being, boosts your self-esteem and has also been shown to improve your social skills. No matter if you’re a professional dancer or enjoy dancing as a recreational activity.

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul. Dance allows you to express a wide variety of emotions. The way you dance can express happiness, excitement, and passion but also aggression and anger. dancing is a fantastic way to lose themselves in the vibrating rhythm of the music. It helps them to forget all the problems in their lives and to simply enjoy the present moment,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios & ICMEI on the launching of 12^th episode of International Dance competition organised by Urvashi Dance Music Art and Culture Society.

“We will support this International Dance and music Competition so that large number of young aspirants can take full advantage of the efforts executed by renowned Kathak Dancer Rekha Mehra and Urvashi Cultural Society,” added Dr. Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

Dr Rekha Mehra of Urvashi Dance Music, Art & Cultural Society  planned this competition under the name and banner of   ‘Sur Taal Hunar Ka Kamaal’ An Online International Talent Hunt of Classical Dance & Light Music. The event is supported by Ministry of Culture and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Ministry of External Affairs Government of India.
