Noida: The 11th edition of one of the most popular festivals of the World-International Festival of Cellphone Cinema has been designed for January 2018 at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City. 60 days have been given to people from all over the World to submit their short films of 3 minutes each made by mobile and a picture clicked by mobile only. The film can be a newsgathering, a music video or a fiction. Ample awards and certificates have been announced for the festival. “Every participant will be entitled for participation certificate from the authorities after the festival is over. They can be collected online also,” said Sandeep Marwah President of the festival. Renowned artist Avantika Mishra, the leading lady of Telgu cinema released the poster. “What a pleasure to be here at Marwah Studios that is also for an international event poster release. I am thrilled to know about this festival. I must submit my entry,” said Avantika in a good mood while releasing the poster.
