Indo Ghana Cultural Forum Wished On National Day

New Delhi: President of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Chair for Indo Ghana Film And Cultural Forum Dr. Sandeep Marwah extended his best wishes to the High Commissioner of Ghana H.E. Michael Aaron Nii Nortey Oquaye on the National day of Ghana falls on 6^th March.

“I extend my heartiest congratulations to the people of Ghana on the National Day. I wish India and Ghana friendship and business partnership to grow to a new level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah counting his own different interactions with Ghana.

Independence Day is an official state holiday celebrated by the Ghanaians and the Ghanaian diaspora, which is celebrated on March 6 every year. Independence Day marks the declaration of independence from British colonial rule, by Prime Minister Kwame Nkrumah on 6th March 1957. Ghana became the first sub-Saharan African country to achieve independence from British colonial rule.
