International Children’s Film Forum: Empowering and Inspiring Young Minds at All Levels
Noida: The International Children’s Film Forum (ICFF) stands as a cornerstone organization within Marwah Studios, dedicated to fostering the character and careers of children through art and culture.
Over the past two decades, the ICFF has ceaselessly worked towards building the confidence of students within their own education system, while extending support and assistance to numerous other organizations. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, emphasized their unwavering commitment to this cause.
“The ICFF has touched the lives of more than 30,000 students who are an integral part of the Asian Academy of Film and Television and the Asian Education Group over the past thirty years,” stated Marwah. “We not only provide education and training but also mentor these students on a personal level, molding them into well-rounded individuals.”
Marwah Studios has actively collaborated with various children’s societies, focusing on underprivileged and special-needs children who lack access to quality education and resources. “Under the name of Apna School, we have established 12 schools in Noida’s slums, providing systematic education to over 800 students,” Marwah added.
The ICFF has engaged with more than 1,000 schools, impacting nearly 50,000 students through its cinema programs, which serve as a medium for mentoring through meaningful and inspiring films. Furthermore, the ICFF visits schools and colleges, showcasing motivational films to instill valuable life lessons. Films are also taken to slums and villages, using the power of cinema to educate individuals about the basics of life. MSTV and Radio Noida of Marwah Studios continuously broadcast programs on Children.
To entertain, educate, and inform children on various life issues, the ICFF hosts the annual Children’s Film Festival during the Global Film Festival Noida, a cherished event that has been running for sixteen years. The ICFF also organizes an array of workshops, seminars, interactions, festivals, exhibitions, and visits to institutions to provide children with international exposure and broaden their horizons.
Additionally, major sports events like Athleema and the Asian Star Premier League are organized, fostering the development of young sports enthusiasts. Marwah Studios provides children with the largest platform to plan and produce films, offering them invaluable opportunities to interact with global personalities through numerous events.
