International Day of Family Health and Fitness Celebrated

New Delhi: “Family is one of the most important thing in our lives. Taking time every day to appreciate your loved ones for all that they do helps us to reconnect as a family. To us, family means putting your arms around each other and being there. Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios in a webinar organised by Dr. Leila Mostofi from Iran under Lillie Excellence Centre to celebrate International Day of Family and Fitness.

“You don’t choose your family. They are God’s gift to you, as you are to them. Pandemic has taught us many new things. Good health and fitness is the need of the day. The time we have gathered during Pandemic can be used for many creative purposes but before that          to maintain your health. Use your time for a walk, some yoga, some exercises, little time for meditation and plan healthy and nutritious food,” said Sandeep Marwah and gave a huge list of creative works you can get involved with to keep yourself fit.

Renowned actor and play back singer Arun Bakshi , Senior Doctor from Vedanta Hospital Dr. Belal Bin Asef, Dr. Niloufar Fativar from United States,  Gail Johnson from Canada, Dr Pegah Mosanen Mozafari and Dr Hediyeh Toutuni from Iran and popular sitarist Dr.Sudeep Rai also expressed their views during the session.

The event was supported by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Radio Noida 107.4Fm. The session also has entertainment program.
