New Delhi: “I on behalf of ICMEI & Media and Entertainment Industry of India extend my heartiest congratulations to H.E. Jacqueline Mukangira High Commissioner of Rwanda to India and the people of Rwanda on the occasion of National Day of Rwanda, which falls on 4^th of July. May the friendship between India and Rwanda flourish to next level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and IRFCF.

IRFCF- Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum created by the Embassy of Rwanda in India and ICMEI has grown brick by brick. Few interesting events have taken place and many more are in the pipeline. Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum had been also partners with Global Festival of Journalism, Global Film Festival, Global Literary Festival and Global Fashion Week earlier. A festival of films from Rwanda could not be planned because of the social distancing and Covid 19 pandemic attack.
