Continuous efforts in the same direction will get you fantastic results,” initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts in a webinar titled Passage to Bollywood.

“What you need at the end of the day is a real talent. A training for films and television is necessary to understand the industry and unwritten norms on which you have to walk through out the years of your career. The casting agencies are playing a wonderful role in promoting talent. It is important to develop strong relations with people around. Auditions are the key factor in informing industry that you ae there for the role,” informed Babubhai Thiba Producer and renowned Celebrity Manager.

Ashok Tyagi well known director and Secretary General ICMEI shared his long experience of the industry. Rajeev Chaudhari producer Director and Publicist, Tasneem Lathwala Publicist and Managing Director of Shimmer Entertainment, Namita Rajhans Publicist and Cofounder of Shimmer Entertainment, Vishal Saroye Creative Producer FridaySkreen Production and Narendra Gupta Trade Analyst & Publicist also expressed their views on the subject.Dr. Shikha Verma Kashyap Director AAFT University conducted the program.
