New Delhi: “Extra ordinary contribution to the different causes as designed by United Nations on different days marked, Sandeep Marwah is one of the most well known name as Social worker. IFUNA honors him for his continuous support for upliftment of society” said Deepak Parvatiyar convener of the seminar. Suresh Srivastava Secretary General handed over the award to Marwah. Indian Federation of United Nations Association at Indian Habitat Centre at New Delhi organized an international seminar on Perceptions on Regional, Sub Regional Initiatives With Special Reference to BCIM Corridor. Talking on the tourism Sandeep Marwah brought many points to bring four countries- India, Bangladesh, China and Myanmar close to each other through media, entertainment and tourism. He is also now Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism and Transport Cooperatives of India Limited. Mahbubul Alam Hanif MP Joint General Secretary Banladesh Awami League, ZawNaing Win Counselor of Embassy of Myanmar, Sitaram Sharma Former Chairman MAKAIAS and Vice President IFUNA, Dr. Rakesh Mohan Joshi Chairperson IIFT, Dr. Amita Batra Professor of Economics, Centre for South Asian Studies were the participants.
