New Delhi, India – Renowned media personality and cultural ambassador Dr. Sandeep Marwah was honoured with a prestigious award recognizing his extraordinary efforts to promote global unity, love, and peace through art and culture. The award was presented by Ambassador Deepak Vohra, Special Advisor to Prime Ministers in Africa, and Justice Rajesh Tandon, former Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court.

The citation, read by Dr. Abhishek Pandey of the Charles Walter Council for Innovation and Research, highlighted Dr. Marwah’s phenomenal contributions: over 8,500 cultural events curated across the past three decades, engaging more than 3 million participants from 156 countries; 35,000 creative professionals trained at his institutions hailing from 145 nations; and an unprecedented Peace Walk during the 19th Commonwealth Games covering 28 states, 5 union territories, 900 cities, and 20,000 km across India through 300 dedicated events.

Dr. Marwah’s visionary leadership at Marwah Studios has led to the production of more than 3,500 short films, providing opportunities to over 20,000 filmmakers from 100+ countries—further cementing his place on the global map as a beacon of creative diplomacy. In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Sandeep Marwah expressed heartfelt gratitude to the society for its recognition and reaffirmed his lifelong commitment to using art and culture as powerful tools for peace and international harmony.
