Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Month-Long Yoga Session by GYA

New DelhI: “Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame. Yoga is the ultimate practice. It simultaneously stimulates our inner light and quiets our overactive minds. It is both energy and rest.,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while releasing the poster ‘Train The Brain’ a month long training program focusing on Mental Health.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; it is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; it cares about the person you are becoming,” added Dr. Marwah also President of World Peace Development And Research Foundation and Patron to Global Yog Alliance.

“Global Yog Alliance’s initiative is geared towards forming a rainbow of the real spiritual. The one that has been present for humanity since the beginning of Universe through its scientific roots, to the latest that governs the sci-fi global world of today,” said Dr. Gopal Ji thanking all the dignities present at the opening session. The training will go up to 21^st June 2021 already declared as International Day of Yoga.
