Sandeep Marwah Talked About Prithvi Yoga Centre at Marwah Studios

Noida: Yoga is an ancient practice that offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. For students, yoga can be an incredibly valuable tool for managing stress, improving concentration, and promoting overall well-being,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University talking to the students of AAFT reminding them the importance of Yoga on the completion of 30 years of Prithvi Yoga Centre at Marwah Studios.

One of the main benefits of yoga for students is stress reduction. Students today face a range of academic, social, and personal pressures, which can lead to anxiety, depression, and burnout. Yoga provides a space for students to quiet their minds, focus on their breath, and release tension from the body. Through regular practice, students can develop coping mechanisms that help them manage stress and improve their overall mental health.

Yoga can be a valuable tool for promoting physical health and well-being. Regular practice can help students build strength, flexibility, and balance, which can improve their posture and reduce the risk of injury. Yoga can also help to boost the immune system, improve digestion, and promote better sleep, all of which are essential for optimal health and well-being.

In conclusion, yoga is an incredibly valuable practice for students, offering a range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. By incorporating yoga into their daily routines, students can learn to manage stress, improve concentration, and promote overall health and well-being, setting them up for success both in school and in life added Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
