New Delhi: “Noida Film City today is the fastest growing film city in this part of the World. Hundred Acres -75 Outdoors, 25 acres indoors, 16 studios, 350 Channels are being broadcast to 162 countries 24×7, 17000 media professionals are Working in 3 shifts of 8 hours each and cascading effect is that approx. Hundred thousand people are earning their bread because of film city,” said Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios in a webinar on Uttar Pradesh USA relations organized by Indo American Chamber of Commerce.

“More than two million people have already visited Noida Film City from all over India and 145 countries of the World under Film Tourism. I am happy that UP Government is now coming with the bigger and better film city project in Noida. There is a huge American participation so far which can be raised to next level.  Time to come UP will be a next hub of Cinema and tourism,” added Sandeep Marwah moderating the program who is also Chair for Media And Entertainment Committee of IACC.

Padma Shri Malini Awasthi renowned Folk singer, Mukesh Kumar Meshram IAS Principle Secretary Tourism and Culture Ministry of   Government of Uttar Pradesh, Uday Singh  Managing Director of Motion Picture Association, Christophe De Bruyn tourism expert CEO of THR Consulting Focus, Ryan Alnesayan film, tourism and culture expert from Saudi Arabia, Bhajan Samrat Padma Shri Anoop Jalota, Aashish Singh CEO LYCA Productions, Ahsan R Khan Business man from Varanasi, Manoj Muntashir lyrics and dialogue writer and Vinod Bachchan film producer also spoke on US participation on the subject and brought two countries close to each other in Cinema and Tourism.

The purpose of the session was to bring down similarities in our thinking and feeling so that we can create more associations, affiliations, joint ventures and develop and promote business in media & entertainment and tourism industry between Uttar Pradesh and United States of America.
