New Delhi: “Term Yoga has emerged from the word Yog which means uniting three energies of Body, Mind and Soul to reach to the highest state of pleasure that is relation with almighty. The first phase of Yoga is protecting body and live painless and disease less life-Physical Energy, phase two of Yoga is Peace of Mind -Mental energy and third phase is Uplifting Soul that is Spiritual Energy,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University of Media And Arts in a conference organised by K.L. Malhotra and Gaurav Gupta of Indian Council for Human Relations.

“We are connected to Yoga since 1993 when we started Prithvi Yoga Centre at Marwah Studios. Since then, we have been able to bring in 19000 students from 145 countries of the World under this project. We have been celebrating Yoga Day on 21^st June since 1993. We have been propagating about this special day 21^st June from a very long time and now we feel more energetic on declaring by United Nations as World Yoga Day,” added Dr. Marwah Chair for Global Yog Alliance.

One of the first Yoga TV Serial with 26 episodes were created by us under Marwah Films And Production Company for DD International which was broadcasted and repeated for more than 20 times on the channel. Our radio stations Radio Noida 107.4FM and Radio Raipur.fm along with MSTV must project the art of Yoga every week without fail,” expressed Dr. Marwah mentioning about annual Yogshala National Mela at Pragati Maidan.
