13th Edition ATHLEEMA 2026 Sets New Benchmark as India’s Largest Higher Education Sports Event

New Delhi: 13th Edition of ATHLEEMA 2026, recognized as the biggest sports event in higher education in India, was organised with great grandeur at the Netaji Subhash Sports Complex. Organized by Asian Education Group, the three-day sporting extravaganza brought together over 2500 athletes from 100 colleges across the country, competing in 9 different games and witnessed by an enthusiastic audience of more than 5000 spectators.

The event was hosted by leading institutions of the group including Asian Business School, Asian School of Business, and Asian Law College, showcasing a perfect blend of sportsmanship, discipline, and large-scale professional execution.

Gracing the occasion, youth icon and renowned actor Karan Kundra expressed his admiration for the event, stating, “I have never seen such a professional way of organizing sports anywhere in the country in any educational institution. I am truly surprised by the scale, size, involvement, and arrangements here.”

Addressing the gathering, Sandeep Marwah, President of Asian Education Group, highlighted the remarkable growth of ATHLEEMA. He shared that the 13th edition has doubled in size compared to the previous year, making it the largest sports event across schools, colleges, and universities in the country. He further assured that the next edition will be even bigger and more impactful.

The event was also graced by distinguished dignitaries including Dr. Lalitya Srivastava, Dr. Saurab Sharma, and Dr. Gurdeep Singh, who acknowledged the importance of sports in holistic education.
